ORDERING FROM US
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
3.1 This website is only for delivery of products to customers in the UK and Northern Ireland addresses.
3.2 We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. MotoeParts shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
3.3 If a delay is likely, customer will be advised of the delay. Customer is entitled to cancel an order if the estimated time of delivery is not acceptable.
3.4 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempt delivery by the courier.
3.5 If the customer is not present at the first delivery attempt, a second delivery will be arranged. Customer may be charged for the additional delivery cost incurred.
3.6 Customer may request a Proof of Delivery, provided that this request is made in writing within 20 days of the date of order. MotoeParts shall use reasonable endeavours to provide such proof. Thereafter, delivery shall be deemed to have been successfully completed.
3.7 Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery to acknowledge safe receipt. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. Where a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, this should be noted on the Proof of Delivery. MotoeParts shall not be liable for discrepancies or damage evident on delivery where the Customer accepts delivery and signs the Proof of Delivery without amendment.
4. ASSEMBLING AND/OR INSTALLATION
4.1 The customer using and assembling and/or installing bike parts and accessories, undertakes to carefully read the relevant information, warnings and instructions supplied with the product.
4.2 When customer does not have the sufficient capability and technical preparation to assemble and/or install correctly the product or he/she thinks in good faith to not have it, the customer undertakes to let assemble and/or install the product by a technically qualified personnel.
4.3 Fitting a product that is "Intended for Racing Purposes" could affect the motorcycle type approval and compliance with the legal requirement and thus lead the owner to infringe the law as for the type approval and road circulation.
4.4 Product defects derived from incorrect assembly and/or installation, improper use, repairs or changes done by unauthorised personnel or by the customer or by accidental or deliberate losses, which occur after the delivery, cannot result in any MotoeParts liability.
5.1 All prices are Recommended Retail Prices and are shown in £'s sterling (GBP) and include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and exclude delivery charges. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
5.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
5.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and the next review will be on 01/Jan/2017.
5.4 The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception:
(a) While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
6. RETURNS POLICY
6.1 Subject to the right of Consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, MotoeParts does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
6.2 Stock Items – In the event that MotoeParts, at its discretion (unless the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply, agrees to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the goods must be returned with MotoeParts prior written agreement within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition. All goods returned in these circumstances (except where the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply, will be subject to a handling fee of 20% of sale price for the goods, or £20, whichever is the greater.
6.3 Non Stock Items / Special Order Items - Such goods are not returnable. Accordingly, orders for such goods cannot be cancelled and MotoeParts can only accept a return of such goods where they prove to be defective and the goods are returned for repair or replacement.
6.4 Electrical Goods – are non-returnable.
6.5 Customers who wish to return a product must request in writing an RMA (Returns Material Authorization) number prior to send the product. Written notice should be sent to:

6.7 Subject to testing to verify any alleged fault, we will accept the return of defective goods for full refund or replacement at our option, if, but only if, the goods are returned within 14 days of delivery. Consumers who wish to return defective products are not obliged to follow the processes set out below, but are recommended to do so as this helps us to provide a more efficient returns service.
6.8 MotoeParts’s Customer Service staff, as appropriate, will advise you of which method of delivery to use to return the products. Depending on the nature of the product purchased, we will either arrange a courier collection, or request that you return the product directly to us. If the goods are found on inspection to be defective, the cost of returning the item will be refunded to you.
6.9 MotoeParts cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is the Customer's responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage.
6.10 Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to insure the goods for their full value.
6.11 On receipt of the returned product, we will test it to identify the fault you have notified to us.
6.12 If following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility.
6.13 This warranty shall not apply if the goods have been worked upon, altered or damaged in any way by the Customer or its employees or agents, or to goods not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
7.1 Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer's documentation, all goods delivered to a UK mainland address carry a 6-month manufacturer's warranty.

8.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
